Masala Ni Season, E Vali Shu?
School taught us about just five seasons – summer, monsoon, autumn, winter and spring – but now-a-days there is a buzz about a new season – the season of masalas.
Masala ni pan koi season hoy?
I wonder why do people buy in bulk because all I have seen them is sulk. Here is why I chose to buy Satvam Smart Masala.
Fresh all year long: The spices are store at the right temperature under the right atmosphere at their state-of-the-art facility. They are then freshly ground in batches. So, I get fresh spices every month.
Worry-free storage: I don’t have to worry about the seasons effect on my masalas. Satvam masalas are smartly packed to ensure that the masalas retain their flavour and aroma.
Handpicked from the best farms: Why do I hop on and hop off to different masala vendors when I can trust Satvam to get spices from the best farms in the regions are known for the particular spice. For example, their chillies are from Guntur and Karnataka and the coriander seeds are sourced from Rajasthan farms.
Smartly grounded: The raw ingredients are cleaned, sun-dried and later ground using Cryogenic technology that crushes the spices at the right temperature so as to retain their freshness, natural oils, flavour and aroma.
Everything under one roof: Satvam Masala have a wide range of variety in ground and blended spices.
So, when my neighbour asked me “Masala ni season ma masala bharya”. I smiled and retorted, “baremaas masala taja aj male to masala ni season, ae vali shu? Samaye, Samaye Smart Satvam aj lau ne.”
PS: Satvam’s ‘Ae vali shu’ campaign has been inspired from this very thought. It comes as no surprise that the message connected instantly with the audience and was highly appreciated.
